Tickets, Advance passes and Ten Flix Tix punch cards are now available to purchase at Salem Cinema during regular business hours, online at BoxOfficeTickets.com or by visiting Travel Salem at 181 High Street NE.
If you purchased passes or ten flix tix in advance, your lanyard or punch card is now available to pick up at Salem Cinema on Broadway during regular business hours. Please bring your receipt.
Walk-up hours at Travel Salem are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. There is a small service fee for all tickets and passes purchased online at Box Office Tickets or through Travel Salem.
Individual advance tickets will only be available to purchase up until one day prior to a film's showtime. After that time, you must purchase tickets at Salem Cinema on Broadway, High Street Cinema or The Grand Theater on the day of the screening or event. If advanced tickets online are sold out, chances are there will still be some rush tickets available at the venue for purchase. In order to account for priority seating for VIP Pass Holders, we have not released all tickets in the system for purchase in advance.
Throughout the eight days of the film festival, TICKETS, PASSES and TEN FLIX TIX will also be available for purchase at Salem Cinema located at the corner of Broadway & Market NE.
WILL CALL
During the eight days of the festival, please visit our will call table at Salem Cinema on Broadway where pre-purchased individual TICKETS (ordered online) as well as VIP PASSES and TEN FLIX TIX (ordered online or through Travel Salem) will be available for pick up at the Salem Cinema on Broadway will call table beginning forty five minutes before the first show of each day. Bring your voucher to the Salem Cinema on Broadway will call table to redeem for your lanyard. Additional Will Call Hours to be announced for the week leading up to the festival.
TICKET OPTIONS
While all VIP Pass Holders are entitled to “priority seating” at all films and events, please note that seating is limited in all auditoriums, so VIP Pass Holders must arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to a show time when we are seating pass holders. After that time, when remaining tickets are released for purchase, any late VIP Pass Holders will need to join the line of ticket BUYERS to redeem your pass for a ticket. Admission to events at The Grand Theater and High Street Cinema is by cash or VIP pass only. No Salem Cinema passes, gift certificates, coupons or CineBucks may be used at any festival venue.
$125 VIP PASS includes entrance into our Opening Night Festivities at Christo's on Friday, October 14th as well as any additional ticketed parties during the festival.

• The Flix Tix works much like a punch card. Priority seating is not an option as with the VIP Pass and is based on seating availability. We recommend that you redeem each punch for an advance ticket to any available film ahead of time to further ensure seating. There will be three lines – one marked PASS HOLDERS, one marked TICKET HOLDERS and one marked TICKET BUYERS. About 30 minutes before show time, patrons may want to begin lining up. Once the doors open, Pass Holders will be allowed to enter the auditorium and take their seats. At 15 minutes before show time, advanced ticket holders and Flix Tix Holders will be seated. After a count of remaining seats, available tickets will be sold to those in the TICKET BUYERS line.

Our festival program is subject to change without notice. Changes will be posted at the venues and on the home page of our website. Most of these films have not been rated by the Motion Picture Industry Association of America. Please read the film descriptions closely before deciding to bring a minor as the majority of films are recommended for mature young adults and older. The exceptions have been listed as Family Friendly in the festival guide. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers during introductions, films and Q&As.
